Men Behaving Badly... The Unjustifiable Rage Of The Malignantly Insecure

It is wonderful to be back at Mike's Blog Round-Up to showcase the very best of Left Blogistan.

Carl, at Simply Left Behind considers the hashtag memes "#CrimingWhileWhite, and "#AliveWhileBlack," illustrating to great effect the divide before us.

Athenae at First Draft shows how that divide diminishes our Humanity, making us smaller.

#Gamergate and Rape Culture Dudebro misogynists continue their assaults. No one owes them a damned thing, as Blue Girl writes in "#YesAllWomen -- Because it Happens to Every Woman," at Show Me Progress.

Frankly Curious catches famous God botherer, fetus fondler, failed filmmaker and former Senator Rick Santorum, pushing a standard conservative Christian line that “separation of church and state” is not in the US Constitution.

We've moved past the "Then they laugh at you" part to the "Then they fight you" phase of Gandhi's famous four-step 'Guide to Freedom,'. I look forward to the final chapter, in which we win.

As a bonus, for Santorum's sake, it was the Baptists in America that originally fought for the Separation of Church and State, as documented here: A History of the Baptists, Chapter XXI.

Can you help us out?

For 17 years we have been exposing Washington lies and untangling media deceit, but now Facebook is drowning us in an ocean of right wing lies. Please give a one-time or recurring donation, or buy a year's subscription for an ad-free experience. Thank you.
