The Florida Court of Appeals ruled that former Trump NSA, former pardoned felon, and uber election denier Michael Flynn must go to Georgia and testified to the Fulton County special grand jury.
Flynn was originally ordered to appear there on December 8, when he tried to dodge the subpoena.
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports,"It was not immediately clear whether Flynn would appear on Thursday or if the Fulton District Attorney’s office, which is advising the grand jury, would reschedule his testimony."
In mid-December of 2020, as Trump and his flunkies promoted the Big Lie, Flynn went on Newsmax and claimed Trump could impose martial law and rerun elections in swing states that he lost.
“He could order the, within the swing states, if he wanted to, he could take military capabilities, and he could place those in states and basically rerun an election in each of those states. I mean, it’s not unprecedented. These people are out there talking about martial law like it’s something that we’ve never done. Martial law has been instituted 64 times.”
