Back over to Paris this week for a live and direct from Musee d'Orsay in Paris just yesterday (June 21), a concert featuring Orchestre National de France guest conducted by the venerable Kurt Masur.
It's a short concert at a little under an hour and part of a larger celebration, and some of it may sound a bit strange. Featured is L'apprenti sorcier (The Sorcerer's Apprentice) by Paul Dukas and a 1954 arrangement by Sergei Gortchakov of Moussorgski's Pictures at an Exhibition, which I thought was a little tedious for such an otherwise dynamic piece. But you get to hear it and make up your own mind. Pay no attention to me.

Announcements are in French and I've edited them down because it was live and on-the-fly and there was a lot of padding.
Just in time for your anti-Road Rage Wednesday. Don't thank me - thank Radio France.
