Rachel Maddow reports on the South Carolina teen who has filed a lawsuit to ask the supreme court to decide who controls that state's $700 million in disputed stimulus money. Apparently the court is going to move swiftly on this decision. In other news Kitty Pilgrim filling in for Lou Dobbs thanked the Governor for how responsibly he was acting in regard to this matter. I'm so glad Ms. Pilgrim thinks Sanford tying up badly needed funds for the state of South Carolina is a responsible thing to do rather than a political tactic as the good Governor decided to accuse one of his teenage constituents of engaging in.
