Above -- The Austin-based band, Del Castillo got their start at Bart's Bar. They were long time friends and supporters. I saw them live with Terry and his wife in 2005.

Bartcop's Legacy...

My good friend, Terry "Bartcop" Coppage, died March 7, 2014. He and his community changed my life. Community that lasts. He had a modem and a smart mouth, he needed Bartcop Radio. I provided the mics, cables and software. He's sorely missed, but let's appreciate some of those who started with the Bartcop Community.

Atrios of Eschaton.

Avedon Carol of The Sideshow.

Don Waller of Blah3. He's Twisted Sister's webmaster, bitchez.

And Russ B Lib. Future owner of Texas.

And for those of you old enough to remember, Bart played a seminal, though denied, role in MediaWhoresOnline, and set the tone and focus for so many of us on the Left.

A shot of Chinaco to you, Terry.
