Clinton is speaking in Orlando about economic policy and opportunity.

Clinton is expected to address the police shooting in Charlotte, North Carolina of an autistic man who was on the ground when he was shot, but also to lay out more broadly her vision for an economy that works for everyone.

This event has now ended. The cable networks cut away five minutes into her speech in order to cover a Trump hatefest. I'm sure it had nothing to do with ratings.
