Alex Jones is refusing to cooperate in turning over documents in his second defamation lawsuit, and the Connecticut judge is not standing for it.
Judge Barbara Bellis did not mince words when focusing on Jones' contemptuous behavior. It's like his attorney hasn't warned him that the judge can throw him in jail.
“I’ll make the following observation: This stunningly cavalier attitude with respect to their discovery obligations is what led to the default in the first place. The defendants have consistently engaged in dilatory and obstructionist discovery practices, from the inception of these cases right through to the trial.”
Law and Crime writes, "Judge Bellis made the pronouncement shortly before a Connecticut jury entered the courtroom for Jones to face his second defamation trial, a little more than a month after a Texas jury awarded $4.1 million in compensatory damages and $45.2 million in punitive damages to parents Neil Heslin and Scarlett Lewis."
As usual, Alex Jones claimed the judge is a 'Soros' operative and is funded by Soros PACs. He also poked fun at...her hair color?
Obviously, that has nothing to do with a defamation hearing at all.
It's Jones's well-rehearsed tactic to pretend he is the only aggrieved person in this trial. The parents of massacred children, who he continually defamed, matter not at all.
