Congressman Joe went off on a tirade and said he'd vote for Hillary Clinton instead of him if it came down to them in the 08' election. Somehow what Chuck said (who is a decorated veteran of the Vietnam war) is hurting our troops. Way to go Chuck. You really got under a lot of chicken hawks feathers.
