Democratic congressional candidate Francine Busby – running in the San Diego seat vacated by the resignation of disgraced former Rep. Randy "Duke" Cunningham - delivered the national Democratic Radio Address. Busby addressed a national audience on Saturday when she talked about the importance of protecting U.S. ports to our national security.
